Mitry Lawyers is developing a class action lawsuit to encourage the Government to introduce funding support for people with significant disability over the age of 65.

The law firm is calling on those who have been excluded from receiving NDIS support due to their age to put forward an Expression of Interest in pursuing the class action lawsuit.
